I was worried about the shoes while booking but they were more comfortable than my own shoes. They taught me how to use the trek poles. The headlamp, water bottle, mug, all were in good condition. The lunchbox could have been cleaner to be honest, but one wash took care of that. Over-all extremely satisfied with the rentals. More than the money, it was the convenience of not having to carry things from Delhi to Goa for the purpose of three days use. And it helped me travel light.”
